  1. In order to access your cases you are not required to log onto the system. Just select the ‘Manage Case’ tab on the left of the screen or the link under the ‘Mange Cases’ headings.

2. On this screen you must enter your Case Reference or PCN Number. As well as the vehicle registration.  Then click view.

3. Now you have 2 options, you can make a payment or make a representation. Click your desired option from the top left of the screen.

4. This screen will appear, simply enter your card details and press continue. An email receipt will be sent to you once payment has cleared.

5. This screen will appear, fill in the details on the representation form, making sure to select correct options on the drop down arrows.

The next screen may be pre populated with data if you have already provided some information such as address and names.

You may need you populate the tables or if you have an alternate address you wish to use then enter is by pressing the ‘use alternate address’ button and entering your details in the box that will appear.

6. The third screen that you will see when making a representation allows you to upload and documents/evidence that may aid your representation. To add documents click the box on screen. Like below this will bring up your documents, select the appropriate document(s) and then upload.

Once all evidence has been uploaded click next to advance to the final stage of the process. 

7.The last stage just confirms your representations, check the details shown on screen are correct and then press the ‘Finish’ button located in the bottom right of the screen.

If at any stage you wanted to go back to the previous stage of the representation process, simply select the previous button in the bottom right corner.
