  1. In order to respond to an enquiry letter or EF119 make a representation you are not required to log onto the system. Just select the ‘Manage Case’ tab on the left of the screen or the link under the ‘Manage Cases’ headings.

2. On this screen you must enter your Case Reference or PCN Number. As well as the vehicle registration. Then click view.

3. You should have two options here, click the 'Make a Representation' button If you are just at the enquiry stage of the process then there should only be one option for you here, click the button in the top left that says ‘Reply to Enquiry Letter’.

If at any stage you wanted to go back to the previous state of the representation process, simply select the previous button in the bottom right corner.
