  1. In order to make a representation you are not required to log onto the system. Just select the ‘Manage Case’ tab on the left of the screen or the link under the ‘Manage Cases’ headings.

2. On this screen you must enter your Case Reference or PCN Number. As well as the vehicle registration. Then click view.

3. You should have two options here, click the 'Make a Representation' button.

4. This screen will appear, some details may already be pre-populated like case reference number and vehicle registration. You should use the comments box below to add any additional information, any evidence you have can be added later. After you have done this click next.

5. The next screen may be pre populated with data if you have already provided some information such as address and names.

6. This screen allows you to upload any evidence that you have to go alongside your representation. Click within the box on screen, this will bring up your documents, select the relevant ones an upload them. Once all files have been uploaded click next.

7. The final stage is a confirmation, check that the details show on screen are correct and click finish to submit.

After you have clicked finish this screen should appear with a message that states your Representation has been sent and that London Councils will respond soon.

If at any stage you wanted to go back to the previous state of the representation process, simply select the previous button in the bottom right corner.
