When you want to respond to an enquiry or EF119. 

Step-by-step guide

How to make a reply to an Enquiry

 

  1. In order to respond to an enquiry letter or EF119 you are not required to log onto the system. Just select the ‘Manage Case’ tab on the left of the screen or the link under the ‘Manage Cases’ headings.

2. On this screen you must enter your Case Reference or PCN Number. As well as the vehicle registration. Then click view.

3. If you are just at the enquiry stage of the process then there should only be one option for you here, click the button in the top left that says ‘Reply to Enquiry Letter’.

4. This screen will appear, some details may already be pre-populated like case reference number and vehicle registration. You should also enter your response to the Enquiry letter in the box provided, any evidence you have can be added later. After you have done this click next.

5. Here you should verify your address that should be pre populated and also enter the other parties address involved. For example if you are the Operator/Haulier enter the drivers. After this is done click next.

6. This screen allows you to upload any evidence that you have to go alongside you enquiry response. Click within the box on screen, this will bring up your documents, select the relevant ones an upload them. Once all files have been uploaded click next.  

7. The final stage is a confirmation, check that the details show on screen are correct and click finish to submit.

8. After you have clicked finish this screen should appear with a message that states your Enquiry Reply has been sent and that London Councils will respond soon.

If at any stage you wanted to go back to the previous state of the representation process, simply select the previous button in the bottom right corner.
