How to contact the London Lorry Control Unit 

1. In order to contact London Councils you are not required to log onto the system. Just select the 'Contact Us' tab on the left of the screen or the link under the ‘Manage Cases’ headings.

2. On this screen you must enter your details, including the address, names and also add any messages including case references that may help.

Select submit when you have filled in the contact form. 

3. Here you should have 2 options as shown below, one will be to pay the C-Cert and the other will be to contact London Councils regarding your case. It is however to late to make a formal challenge at this stage. 

3. This message should appear when you have submitted your form succesfully.
