For when you wish to pay a PCN or a Charge Certificate

How to pay

  1. In order to pay a PCN or Charge Certificate, you are not required to log onto the system. Just select the ‘Manage Case’ tab on the left of the screen or the link under the ‘Manage Cases’ headings.

2. On this screen you must enter your Case Reference or PCN Number. As well as the vehicle registration. Then click view.

3. Select Make Payment from the top left corner of the screen.

4. This screen will appear, simply enter your card details and press continue. An email receipt will be sent to you once payment has cleared.
